In this interview Milcho Blagoev – one of the owners of NIKMI explained, why large areas in Sofia are empty, on which modern trade and residential complexes could be constructed, which are the curbs to the investors in the capital, and why and when the construction of the largest project of the company – the Millennium Center shall be launched.
