“Satellite towns suggest enormous investments and enormous risk respectively”.

The name of the Israeli developer Tidhar Group until recently was not that much popular in the region. This is no longer valid since the company received the award of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) for SEE Investor of year 2006 for their “Airport City Belgrade” project in Serbia and commenced the construction of first satellite village in Bulgaria - in Veliko Tarnovo. When talking with Mr. Petar Hristov, CEO of Tidhar Bulgaria, Petya Kuzmanova found out as well that only in Bulgaria the investment volume of the company’s allocations would exceed EUR 450 m and together with another Israeli developer - Africa - Israel Investments they are already looking also at Romania and Moldova.
