Though investments in golf courses are new to Bulgaria, they have been experiencing a fast boom for the last 2-3 years. One of the projects, said to be offering a high international level to golf players and to those looking for a second home (buy-to-let) is golf club Ibar, designed by Jack Nicklaus, the international star. The development in construction works, added to the high interest shown by British and Irish citizens, in the property purchase there, turned out to become a good reason for Petya Kuzmanova, to talk to Ilia lazarov, being golf club Ibar's executive director.
