Though investments in golf courses are new to Bulgaria, they have been experiencing a fast boom for the last 2-3 years. One of the projects, said to be offering a high international level to golf players and to those looking for a second home (buy-to-let) is golf club Ibar, designed by Jack Nicklaus, the international star.
