Two months ago the investment fund REEF of Deutsche Bank was the latest one launching business in Bulgaria. Unlike the others, having entered the market, purchasing ready buildings let to tenants, REEF decided to come to the local market by establishing a joint-venture company with a local developer – Winslow Developments.
