Are local developers starting to understand the importance and the benefits from hiring a property management services provider, which are the most important issues when managing a real estate development, which are the cons of a fixed price management, why often nice things are not at all operational? These are only a few of the questions that Mr. Yovanidis, Director of Property Management Services at Colliers Southeast Europe gave answers to in this interview.
