Sema Parc, a high-end project in the semi-central areas of Bucharest, is a really vast development. With its unique qualities and remarkable dimensions, this probably is the only real estate project in Bucharest that can compete with Baneasa. The more that two of the office buildings are already sold for some EUR 90 mln to Europolis Real Estate Asset Management GmbH, which is actually the third largest real estate transaction in Romania for 2006. Moreover, ECE Projektmanagement will be developer of the commercial area.
