TMM is one of Ukraine’s leading property companies, active primarily in the segment of residential micro-quarters, and is rumoured to soon become the first Ukrainian dual-listed real estate developer and investor. Established in 1994, it started with relatively small-scale projects, to be now building huge self-sufficient developments, furnished with a full set of social infrastructure, such as Sun City and the Mykulichi Town project near Kiev. “We began with residential complexes equipped with complimentary infrastructure. Today our philosophy is unchanged, only the projects we get involved in now are of much greater magnitude,” says Mykola Tolmachov, Founder, CEO, and main shareholder of TMM Company.

Is TMM planning to develop retail and office centers?
