Adidas, Adidas Kids and Reebok has signed lease agreements with SEC Rose Park

Famous sportswear and accessories brands Adidas, Adidas Kids and Reebok will be located in SEC Rose Park, Donetsk region (a large province in South-Eastern Ukraine).

In February 2014 SEC Rose Park signed new lease agreements with world-famous sportswear brands Adidas, Adidas Kids and Reebok. Stores capacity will be: Adidas - 290 sq.m, Adidas Kids - 100 sq.m and Reebok - 140 sq.m.

“During the development of SEC Rose Park, we conducted a survey among residents of Donetsk on which brands they want to see in the mall - Adidas was one of the desirable brands. We are pleased that we were able to fulfill the desire of citizens and sure that Adidas, Adidas Kids and Reebok will pleasure active residents of Donetsk”, - says Ilya Sazhin, commercial director of “Immochan Ukraine”.

“Development of SEC Rose Park has a high professional level; its unique concept and a set of renters became significant conditions for us to join this project. “Immochan Ukraine” carries out negotiations on singing new lease agreements. As of January, 2014 SEC Rose Park is filled with renters by 88%.

Currently the SEC is under active construction: continues construction of the third level, underway accomplishment of adjoining territory, also summed utilities.

In autumn, 2014 the company will present new grand mall in Donetsk region (a large province in South-Eastern Ukraine).
