July 10, 2017, 11:39 (PX Newswire)

Optim PM, the leader of the Romanian project management market, opened a branch in Sofia last month to expand its services on the Bulgarian real estate market.

“Our company is active on the Bulgarian market for the last few years now, providing Technical Due Diligence services prior to acquisition for numerous important investment funds. We believe that the local real estate market is buoyant and the timing is good, with the additional international institutional funds now becoming active, and for this reason we took the decision to invest and open a branch Office full time in Sofia”, said David Evans, General Manager of Optim Project Management.

The Country Director of Optim PM Bulgaria is Mr. Paul Wright, who is an experienced Construction Project Management Professional with international experience of delivering commercial development projects across multiple sectors - retail, office, residential, aviation and in different countries - UK, Bulgaria, Romania, and Croatia. Paul has been active in Bulgaria since 2004 and recently working directly with the international developer responsible for the award winning Bulgaria Mall and Infinity Tower projects in Sofia.

Paul said “It is a great opportunity to lead the expansion of such a well-respected consultancy into the Bulgarian market, and we look forward to working with our existing and new clients to deliver their projects here in Bulgaria.”

The company will offer project, construction & cost management for all the real estate sectors – office, retail, industrial and residential - along with Technical Due Diligence, Bank & Investor Monitoring, green building & renewable energy assessment.
