October 2, 2013, Sofia. Over 200 guests attended the grand cocktail event organized by Sofia Ring Mall in downtown Sofia, Bulgaria. The aim of the event was to present the project to the potential tenants and partners and to answer all possible questions they might have.

The event also commemorated the award which Sofia Ring Mall received on the prestigious International Property Awards 2013. The mall was recognized as the best retail architecture project in Bulgaria with the most creative and environmentally conscious design. Other highlights from the event were the news that the project has already reached over 50% occupancy level more than 6 months before opening, as well as the welcoming of NOTOS, the biggest department store chain in Greece as a key tenant of the project.

Sofia Ring Mall is a new generation mall in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, which will transform the retail landscape in the whole country. The complex will be situated on an area of 100,000 sqm and will have over 200 shops.

It focuses more on entertainment and recreation activities rather than just on retail business, which all normal mall projects emphasized until now. The whole complex will have large open spaces, gigantic terraces overlooking the slopes of the Vitosha Mountain and a surrounding park with artificial lakes. It will also include a huge gaming hall, a new-generation cinema and many other entertainment facilities.
