When talking about large developers in Sofia, the name of NIKMI is always mentioned – this is a company, established 16 years ago, having constructed hundreds of thousands square meters office spaces, dwellings and recently launched the hotel sector with “Grand Sofia Hotel”, managed successfully by the company itself. In this interview Milcho Blagoev – one of the owners of NIKMI explained, why large areas in Sofia are empty, on which modern trade and residential complexes could be constructed, which are the curbs to the investors in the capital, and why and when the construction of the largest project of the company – the Millennium Center shall be launched.
