The logistics centers in South Eastern Europe are a segment, drawing in the ever growing interest of the international companies. The evidence thereto is launched recently by the company Helios Eastern Europe – the regional vehicle of the UK leading warehouses and logistics investor and developer Helios Properties PLC.
The person in charge of the projects of Helios in SEE is Giles Scott. In this interview he talked about the driving force of the logistics market in Romania and Bulgaria, why more and more developers of logistics centers withdraw their activity from the UK and choose Eastern Europe and what profitability from investments here is expected by these developers.
