Mr. Lloyd is really experienced in Romanian real estate – he was in Romania during the first post communist years and was appointed Advisor to the President of the Romanian Development Agency and to the President of the National Agency for Privatization. Currently he is CEO of TriNation Management and Development and CEO of Baneasa Developments SRL – the company to develop the largest private development ever undertaken in Romania.
Mr. Lloyd shares with us how he decided to go to Romania, why it is important to invest now, which sectors of Romanian real estate are most perspective and which have not been developed yet, which are the competitive advantages of “Baneasa Commercial Area” – the commercial part of the Baneasa project, compared to its rival projects such as GTC Galeria shopping center as well as other interesting facts and observations of Romanian market.
