Although in the Western part of the world it is a common practice to request the services of a professional property and facilities management company, speaking about the SEE region this business has only recently started to gain popularity. Are local developers starting to understand the importance and the benefits from hiring a property management services provider, which are the most important issues when managing a real estate development, which are the cons of a fixed price management, why often nice things are not at all operational? These are only a few of the questions that Mr. Yovanidis, Director of Property Management Services at Colliers Southeast Europe gave answers to in this interview. And also: why the management of residential properties could be a very hard task in Bulgaria and do “real” FM services exist in the country?
