Tatiana Kluchinskaya, National Director, Head of Retail Department, JLL Russia & CIS, commented: “The JLL retail team has been AVIAPARK’s leasing agent from the very beginning, and we keep seeing a big interest to the project from tenants’ side. Given the SEC’s unrivalled advantages like its large scale, an innovative professional concept, many original and outstanding features, an extensive tenant mix, and a great location near the city centre, we believe AVIAPARK will attract a very broad consumer audience and will become a great lifestyle destination for one and all. It will be the best weekend shopping mall option for all Muscovites and an everyday destination point for those who live in ‘Khodynka’ and nearby. We estimate AVIAPARK’s catchment area as 5m people.”
